FAQs

Q:How does goat milk help my body?

A: Goat milk is great in soap because its gentle on the skin hydrating it. It also helps with burns and eczema. Goat milk is the closest milk to our own skin PH balance, so it is very beneficial to keeping out skin healthy.

Q: What soaps are available?

I have many available! I always have different scents on hand in the shop or can do a custom scent at no extra charge if do not see a scent you like. Custom scented soap orders must a minimum of 5 soaps.

Q: What is felted soap?

A: The roving (basically brushed out sheep wool) used to make the felted soap has lanolin. Lanolin is a natural oil produced in sheep's fleece. The felted soap lathers more, lasts longer, and keeps the skin soft and hydrated. The wool helps gently exfoliate the skin without irritating it. Felted soap is great for your typical skin conditions.

Q: But I don't like goat milk?

A: That is ok! All of my products are made with goat milk and are not consumable items. You can not smell nor taste the milk. It is just beneficial for your skin.

Q: What is Needle Felting?

A: Needle felting consists of using a barbed needle and sheep wool turned into roving and jabbing the needle into the roving to get the fibers to 'stick'. That is what create pictures or shapes.
